Listed below are the main voice commands to allow you to navigate through a recipe hands-free.

Voice Commands Command 1: Start your recipe:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then... 'start recipe'

Command 2: Prepare your ingredients:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then... After choosing your recipe, say 'Prepare the ingredients' and your Assistant will start reading ingredients. Say 'Hey Google, next ingredients' to hear more ingredients. Tip: If you've already gathered and prepared your ingredients, say 'Skip to the instructions.'

Command 2: Traverse the recipe instructions:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then... 'What is step 5' 'Go to step 5', 'Go to first/last step' 'How many steps to go' 'Next step' 'Previous step'

Command 4: Quickly check calories:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then...Get calorie count 'How many calories?'

Command 5: Quickly set a timer:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then...'Set a timer for 10 minutes'

Command 6: Get next ingredients:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then...'What's the next ingredient?', 'Next ingredient'

Command 7: Return to the recipe:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' then... Tip: Use these commands to reinitialise the recipe flow. For example, lasagne takes 30 minutes to bake. When the timer goes off, say these commands to restart the recipe instructions 'Next step,' 'Repeat step'

Command 8: Exit recipe:

Say, 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Google,' 'Stop cooking'
