Here at Your Nutrition, we treat everyone as an idividual, because everyone is! Its because of this that we will never give out and charge you for pre packaged, general dietary plans and then send you on your way, as many others do. Our dietary advice will be tailored specifically to YOU, it will be designed around your situation and in a way that easily fits in with your lifestyle. This approach ensures that we can best support you to make the specific changes needed to help you along YOUR path, to feeling well and achieving your health goals in a long term and sustainable way.
An initial consultation with us includes the following:
- Initial conversation via email or phone if needed.
- (free) Analysis of completed Health & Lifestyle questionnaire and diet/physical activity diaries. (prior to session)
- Initial 90 minute consultation.
- Emailed final personalised report.
Once we have received your completed questionnaire and diet and physical activity diaries, we'll use our state of the art dietary analysis software to produce your initial nutritional report.
We can then book you in for your online individual consultation, which can be carried out at a time convenient to you, via Zoom, Skype or Facetime.
During your 90 minute initial consultation, we'll discuss your nutritional report, alongside the information you provided. This will give us a good overall picture of your dietary health needs, helping us to decide on the best dietary advice to tackle the root of your health issues.
Following the initial consultation, we will finalise your report, taking into account your health needs and goals discussed during the consultation. We'll then send you your final personalised report by email, which will include initial recommended dietary changes, cooking/shopping advice and some tailored recipes.
Any phone check-ups or follow up consultations can be booked in then.
Follow up phone check-ups (after 2 weeks) last 20 mins at £20. Any follow up consultations needed (lasting 45 mins at £40) are recommended for one month after your initial consultation (then at 4 week intervals) giving time for any dietary changes to be felt and take full effect.
